360 Liposuction

The term "360" refers to the scope of contouring, not a different technique: instead of treating a single area (say, only the abdomen), the surgeon works around the entire torso — abdomen, flanks, lower back, and in some cases the lumbar region. The goal is a harmonious body contour from any angle, not just from the front.

Several techniques exist to achieve this (tumescent, laser-assisted, ultrasound-assisted, among others), and the choice depends on tissue type, the amount of fat to be treated, and your surgeon's specific assessment — it's not a decision made before your medical evaluation.

Liposuction is not a weight-loss procedure — it's meant to reshape areas of localized fat that don't respond to diet or exercise, in people who are already close to a stable weight. A good candidate generally has reasonably elastic skin (skin needs to be able to adapt to the new contour) and realistic expectations about the outcome.

During your medical assessment, the surgeon reviews your general health history, evaluates skin and fat tissue quality, and gives you an honest answer about whether you're a good candidate — part of our coordination work is making sure that conversation happens with clarity, not just commercial enthusiasm.

It all starts with an assessment (in person or by video call) where a certified surgeon reviews your specific case and confirms whether 360 liposuction is right for you, or whether combining it with another procedure makes sense. From there, we coordinate your trip: flights, lodging, and transfers aligned with your surgery date.

On the day of the procedure, surgery takes place at an accredited hospital, under anesthesia (general or extended local, depending on the case and the extent of the areas treated). The surgery itself usually takes between 2 and 4 hours, depending on how many areas are worked on.

Most patients wear a compression garment for the first 4-6 weeks, which helps reduce swelling and helps the skin adapt to the new contour. Initial swelling is normal and can take several weeks to fully subside — the final result isn't really visible until 3 to 6 months have passed.

As for activity: light walking resumes almost immediately, light daily activities within 7 to 10 days, and full exercise is generally cleared between 4 and 6 weeks, per your surgeon's guidance.

Traveling for an aesthetic procedure involves more than choosing the right surgeon: it means flight logistics, a safe place to recover, transportation to follow-up appointments, and — above all — someone available if a question comes up at 2 a.m. before your surgery or during your recovery.

That's the difference between having surgery with an independent surgeon, and having surgery within real coordination: the same person who answers your first question picks you up at the airport, supports you on the day of your surgery, and follows up on your recovery through the first 30 days, even after you're back in your home country.
